Marc Vecchio is a Melbourne-based writer, director, and producer with close to a decade of experience spanning film, television, and branded content. His short film For My Mother — starring Jane Hall (Wentworth, Neighbours) and Darcy Bryce (Furiosa, Hacksaw Ridge) — was nominated for Best International Short at the 2025 Catalina Film Festival and beginning its domestic festival run early 2026.

Marc has produced two documentary television pilots, Coffee Run (CNN, upcoming) and Whisky Trails, and has delivered commercial and branded work for major clients through his ongoing collaboration with Comma Films. Most recently, he has collaborated with artist Baro Sura, directing multiple music videos for his album Today & Always.

As a trained actor, Marc brings an intuitive understanding of performance and communication with talent to every project. His directorial style is deliberate and restrained, often favouring longer takes and composed, static framing — yet adaptable to the rhythm and needs of each story he tells.
